Huh?! I’m a country girl, lived on a dairy for a while and I’m not getting this one.

“Vacc” Latin prefix denoting bovine origin.
“Vaccination” comes from the fact that the initial work on smallpox immunisation was done on a milkmaid with cow (vaccas) pox.
