K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge.

When K’lee set the theme for today’s edition of K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge, I thought I was going to be a bit stumped, because he gave us the prompt; Get your motors running; Cool cars that caught your eye.

Now I’m not really a car person, so it left me at a loss for inspiration, so I cheated.

I used cars you can’t see.

I have done experiments with cars and light painting before, but this time I’ve added a little movement to the process.

I went out and took a few long exposure shots of passing traffic; some from parked at the side of the road, some from looking down on the lights, standing on a bridge and a couple with the camera lying on the dashboard as I drove home.

I also made a little gif to show the creative process in action.

K’lee will speed his pictures to you HERE, later.

Now you can show us what you’ve got to offer…

K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge.

It’s Monday and once again it’s time to get creative with your imagery for K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge.

Today is K’lee’s challenge and he chose the theme of the elements; Earth, Air, Fire and Water.

I decided to go fully interpretive and enlisted Audrey to assist me in a spot of light painting, as it was popular when we had a go at Christmas.

K’lee has his own take and you can see it HERE.

But now let’s see what you made of the prompt…

K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge.

Yes, ok, I forgot, sorry.

But it’s all over now, (Christmas, that is) so I’m back to curate K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge, the festive edition.

I thought I’d go with some abstract patterns, instead of straightforward Christmas pictures, because Audrey got a couple of brightly lit gadgets from Santa; an illuminated fidget spinner and a colour-changing wand…

…so we did some light painting.

I hope you all had a lovely day yesterday, you can see what K’lee came up with HERE.

Now, should you have the time, show us your crimbo photos.
