Melodic Randomiser: Isolation Radio, day thirty two.

Into the second full month of the Isolation Radio show now and the Melodic Randomiser has picked a real corker to start us off today.

The world lost a great rock and roll star when Malcolm Young died three years ago, but “If You Want Blood (You’ve Got It)” is him and his brother Angus at their thundering best. Here’s AC/DC, from the classic 1979 album, Highway to Hell

Taking a hard left turn away from heavy riffing now, with some gentle string quartet accompaniment to David Byrne‘s “Finite=Alright” from 1997’s Feelings album.

And staying with a more chilled vibe to end today’s playlist, here’s a song from 2016 by Australian synth-pop duo, Empire of the Sun, this is “There’s No Need” and its rather nicely made unofficial video, from the Two Vines album.

That should leave you both invigorated and relaxed, enabling you to enjoy the rest of your Sunday and look forward to more tunes tomorrow.

Have a lovely day and be groovy to each other.

Peace

X
