Cosmic Photo prompt.

Just about made it for a Friday prompt on The Cosmic Photo Challenge this week, albeit with only an hour to spare.

So I’ll make it quick and wish you goodnight.

What I’d like you to capture is something which embodies the theme; Low light.

Have a great weekend, see you on Monday.

The Cosmic Photo Challenge.

Happy Monday, y’all, welcome to a hue-heavy edition of The Cosmic Photo Challenge, I hope you are suitably rested for the week ahead and enjoyed your time off.

But before the tedious business of work gets in the way again, let’s get to the important stuff

With barely a break in the grim and miserable weather at the weekend, I had to rely on a few shots I took on last week’s walk, reedited to fit the prompt; A splash of colour.

What coloured your world this week? Time to show us whatcha got…

An especially wet, grey and uninspiring start to the weekend makes me want to set a simple, bright and cheerful theme for The Cosmic Photo Challenge today, so I’m going to ask for your contributions to once again feature; A Splash of colour.

Not much explanation required for that one, so just have fun with it and I’ll see you on Monday.

The Cosmic Photo Challenge.

When I set the theme for The Cosmic Photo Challenge on Friday, I was fully expecting to have a couple of frosty mornings to go with the prompt; The first breath of Winter.

But as usual the English weather didn’t cooperate, (not that I’m complaining on this occasion) and yesterday was a lovely sunny day to take a walk along the opposite side of the River Taw for a change.

I followed the Tarka Trail cycle path, under the tall road bridge I walked over two weeks ago, down to the flood plain, where the receding tide and calm water made for some excellent reflections.

What did you find to impress us with at the weekend? Come on, it’s time to show ‘n’ tell…

Another week has flown by and it’s once again time to provide you with your theme for The Cosmic Photo Challenge.

I know we only covered autumnal images recently, but I’m setting today’s prompt because I’ve already detected; The first breath of Winter.

{I know, I know, some of you are in the topsy turvy land of almost-Summer, in which case you may wish to illustrate that particular seasonal transition instead}

Wherever you are, I hope you have a great weekend and we’ll all meet back here on Monday for a photographic get together, ok?

The Cosmic Photo Challenge.

Welcome to The Cosmic Photo Challenge, I hope any Halloween celebrations you had went well over the weekend. As the UK heads back into lockdown the eldritch atmosphere continues just a little longer, to encompass the theme of; Spooky.

There was no trick or treating for Audrey to partake of this year, but it didn’t stop her doing some strange makeup experiments, which I (un)naturally documented…

…all of which paranormal portraiture inspired me to capture some strange selfies of my own.

What did you find to creep us out on this cold November day..?

Ooh, look at me being early with the prompt for a change.

I know Monday’s post on The Cosmic Photo Challenge will be a day late for Halloween, but I’m going to stick with the theme anyway and ask for your contributions to be; Spooky.

So capture some atmospheric images to give us all the creeps to start the week and have a great weekend whatever you’re up to.
