Cosmic Photo prompt.

Hello there, I hope you all had a very pleasant Christmas and are managing to cope with the enforced limbo between then and New Year.

Here at K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge its time for your weekly prompt and, although it’s K’lee’s turn to pick the theme this week, I’ve not heard from him yet so I’m going to set it instead.

He may arrive at any moment with a prompt of his own and I apologise to you, K’lee, if that is the case, but then the rest of you will have a choice of two to inspire you for Monday’s final post of the year.

So, having cleared that up, my idea for the theme is unusually apposite; Limbo, the world waits.

On the cusp of 2019, what photographic imagery does that suggest to you?
