Hello from the sunshine of the garden and welcome to this bank holiday edition of K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge, this week curated by K’lee and inspired by his prompt; Copper, silver and gold.
The very first thing which occurred to me when I saw that, was money. So I went with simplistic but artistic today and grabbed the first three coins that met the criteria, cleaned them up a bit and, after a bit of digital fiddling, voilá, copper, silver and gold

I’m sure K’lee will have something precious to show us, HERE.
But now it’s time for you to add to the treasure trove…

Hello and welcome to a gloriously sunny bank holiday weekend, the perfect time to give you a prompt for Monday’s edition of K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge, this week provided by K’lee, who chose; Copper, silver and gold.
Another rather broad spectrum of inspiration for you this week, so let’s see what you can conjure up for us when we meet back here on Monday.

I should really have been on time today, because this alternative definition came to me at the weekend and I could have advance-posted it yesterday, but I got here eventually;
“Smattering” – Constantly asking if someone is ok.

The Wrong Stuff is back!
Yes, my debut novel is returning from its sabbatical. I regained the rights to my work in November and finally got around to navigating CreateSpace’s publishing website on my phone at the weekend.
There will be a slight delay until the paperback is available (I’m waiting to approve a proof copy) but the Kindle edition is out now and I have priced it at a very reasonable £2.50.
*** BUY IT NOW AT THIS LINK ***
Here’s the blurb, for those of you who somehow missed it the first time round…
The Wrong Stuff, a totally improvised novel, uniquely created from writing prompts.
Hannah Meredith has always had a good eye and she’s a veteran bargain hunter, but she isn’t prepared, when she buys the box marked “Stuff” at a mysterious auction, for her world to suddenly unravel into a series of increasingly bizarre and terrifying events.
Soon on the run from a sinister cabal of vengeful corporate villains and their homicidal henchmen, Hannah must foil an evil plan to bring the world to the brink of global economic collapse, all the while keeping one step ahead of her pursuers.
A fast-moving thriller with a sci-fi twist, the plot stretches from chases through grimy backstreets of Victorian London back to the present day, where sudden violence shatters the tranquility of the English countryside.
Following Hannah and her unlikely allies in their frantic attempt to stay alive and save the world from disaster, The Wrong Stuff is exciting and original, with more than a touch of black humour.
And here are the reviews from its original release.

Go on, treat yourself, you won’t regret it.

For today’s edition of K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge, I asked you to; Guess what this is, and I’m hoping that you’ll pose us some photographic puzzles with your images this week.
I have decided to show you just the edited shots first, to see if anyone can guess what they are, then I’ll update the post later and reveal the big picture, so to speak.
(I’m posting this at 06:00 Monday, I’ll update at 18:00, that should cover most timezones, I think)
So with no further explanation, here is my badly cropped selection.

What d’you reckon, did you get any of them right?
K’lee will attempt to mystify you with his post, HERE.
But now you get your chance to befuddle us.

Update – Here are the answers;
A massage roller.
A speaker cone.
A pumpkin.
A spotlight bulb.

Blah, blah, insert excuse here, late again, yeah, I know, etc etc etc…
Today’s prompt for K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge is (finally) brought to you by forgetfulness and bad organisation and takes the form of; Guess what this is.
Ok, off you go, see you Monday.

After some confusion on Friday about who was posting the prompt for today’s edition of K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge, I came up with; Leaf and bud, while K’lee finally arrived with Trip the night fantastic, so you had a choice of one, other or both of those to inspire you.
I went for my own option (mainly because I’d already taken the photos by the time K’lee posted) and captured the rapidly unfurling leaves and flowers in the short-lived sunshine of the weekend, along with a few other shots I couldn’t resist.

I’m sure K’lee will have something wonderful for you on the theme of fantastical nights, HERE.
However, it is now time to see which road you chose.

Good grief, I’d forget my head if it wasn’t attached to my shoulders!
Another Monday and Tuesday off work, another week I can’t remember what day it is, sorry.
Anyway, here’s today’s entry in the alternative dictionary;
“Velocity” – A place with many bicycles (e.g. Amsterdam)

Welcome to K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge, I trust your week has started off successfully.
I have a day off again today, because my boss was hassling me to book some holiday last week, (they get twitchy if you have too many hours left to take, in case you suddenly want to take time off when they’re busy) so I took advantage of the holiday lull after the Easter break and booked a couple of days.
None of which is especially relevant, except for the fact that it’s all about today’s prompt; Time.
I didn’t know what I’d do with this theme when I set it, it just seemed a nice broad concept to interpret with a picture and, as it happens, I am only presenting one photo for your consideration this week; my homage to the great Salvador Dali’s The Persistence of Memory.
I’m rather pleased with it and you’ll have to take my word for it that it took longer than you’d think to get it just right.

K’lee will take the time to show you the fruits of his labours HERE.
But now you can show us what moments you captured for us.
