Hello and welcome to the start of a brand new week which, as ever, means another foray into the optical playground we call K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge.
This week our adventure is hosted by my transatlantic pal, K’lee, who gave us the creative prod of (to give it its full name); Cosmically circular/cosmically square.
I decided I would create a one-off digital artwork to meet K’lee’s brief, using this ordinary photo of the square tiles in our kitchen.
But that turned into two when, after a considerable amount of mucking about, I produced this rather fetching abstract image…
…which eventually morphed into this extremely cosmic masterpiece.
K’lee will put his round photographic peg in a square post HERE.
But for now it’s time for you to show us your curves and angles…

To get involved with the challenge, post a photo to your blog on Monday, (or just, you know, whenever) add a pingback to this post (or to K’lee’s) and don’t forget to tag your post #CosPhoChal.
Alternatively, add a link to your blog in the comments of either mine or K’lee’s post and we’ll come and check out your entry.
Any and all effects, editing, Photoshop, Instagram, morphing, collages or whatever other post production techniques you fancy are permitted, (in fact, they’re actively encouraged!) so get creative and turn your photos into artworks for the Cosmic Photo Challenge.

I’ve been watching a design documentary earlier today and these pieces could easily be in a gallery, dude. Well done.

I went with some much more conventional images:

I like swirling in the circle like a galaxy or yin-yang symbol.

Thanks, Frank, it took ages to get that just right.

Very yingyangish. And by the way, suitable for yesterday’s Värikollaasit challenge which is a colour collage challenge. You might like to check it out: https://uudetvarikollaasit.blogspot.com/
I had a not dissimilar idea to you’rs but I didn’t take it as far: https://picturesimperfectblog.wordpress.com/2019/10/21/how-many-circle-fit-in-a-square/
