K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge.

Good morning and welcome to another week, starting with your Monday dose of K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge, today with a theme chosen by K’lee.

Now, his prompt was pretty enigmatic; A Clockwork’d Orange, meaning I had to stretch to find something apposite to post, but I think I found a little gem from the archives to meet the brief.

First of all, going with the most obvious inspiration, some photos that feature the colour orange…

…followed by the “Clockwork’d” part of the deal, hmm…

How about this little clip I made a few years ago, called Satsuma Rescue?

Ok, it’s not clockwork, exactly, but it’s stop motion and that has a similar feel, doesn’t it?

Anyway, see what you think.

(You may need to watch it twice, but keep your eye on the little fella, he’s going to give the final stranded piece of fruit a helping hand back into the bowl)

  3. The orange of things is a mystery. Much like Twin Peaks.
    The first image of the ball orange reminded me of Twin Peaks the Return. In the red room the gold yellow ball floating and disappearing. Man, do I miss Twin Peaks.

      7. I just finished reading the ‘Rise of The Woolhouse Boys’. hahahahaha!!! Damn, you guys are funny as hell. All the sweaters hahahahah!!!! I love the absurd and I wish I was on Social media…but, I can’t stand that world and I have not been a part of that world since 2009. Yep, that was the end for me…I feel cleansed and free from distraction. And speaking of absurdity…I too, write a lot of it…as you can probably tell and see. hahahaha!!!

  5. I liked the second one the best with the orange sky. The animation was also interesting. I assume you took individual photos of the arrangement and somehow put them together into a movie. My pingback should appear shortly.
