K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge…

31 Oct

Another Monday brings another collection of photographic phantasmagoria, in the shape of K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge, based this week on my prompt of; Glass.

Or even glasses.

My two new shots are both incredibly straightforward; the first is simply two drinking glasses inside each other which I just liked the look of and the second is, well, me in my glasses.

I’ve also picked a selection of stained glass windows from the archives.

As ever, HERE IS K’LEE’S PHOTO, but now it’s your turn…

To get involved with the challenge, post a photo to your blog on Monday, add a pingback to this post (or to K’lee’s) and don’t forget to tag your post #CosPhoChal.

Alternatively, add a link to your blog in the comments of either mine or K’lee’s post and we’ll come and check out your entry.
Any and all effects, editing, Photoshop, Instagram, morphing, collages or whatever other post production techniques you fancy are permitted, (in fact, they’re actively encouraged!) so get creative and turn your photos into artworks for the Cosmic Photo Challenge.

😀 I managed to do the same, almost. Good that I managed to have one photograph different though. Loved those stained glasses.

The earthiness of the walls adjacent to the stained glass windows makes me think of wine cellars, not churches. Where did you take those shots? The stemware shot is classic. (I have one of those myself. 😉 ) But my favorite is the big ball of light in the eyeglasses. I hope it didn’t hurt too much.

Thanks. The two smaller stained glass windows are from a small church in Zennor on Bodmin moor and the larger one is from the Great Hall at Winchester.
The glassware shot is actually a straight pint glass, standing inside a purple tumbler.

They are beautiful. The purple tumbler is a surprise — I guessed it was cranberry glass. Well done, Dale!
