Cosmic Photo prompt…

08 Jul

It’s my turn to pick the theme for next Monday’s edition of K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge and I thought I’d go for another fairly open suggestion; Metal.
That’s it, however you want to interpret the prompt is fine by us, just as long as your photo is somehow metallically themed.

To get involved with the challenge, post a photo to your blog on Monday, add a pingback to this post (or to K’lee’s) and don’t forget to tag your post #CosPhoChal.

Alternatively, add a link to your blog in the comments of either mine or K’lee’s post and we’ll come and check out your entry.

Any and all effects, editing, Photoshop, Instagram, morphing, collages or whatever other post production techniques you fancy are permitted, (in fact, they’re actively encouraged!) so get creative and turn your photos into artworks for the Cosmic Photo Challenge.

If my camera gets fixed in time, I might try this. Sounds like fun! 🙂

No rush, we do one each week and you can post for this prompt any time between now and next Thursday.

Oh, that’s good to know. I have nothing planned for my Monday post, so I hope I can do this then.

        Look forward to your input.

Photos that were taken previously are also acceptable, just as long as they meet the theme. So if your camera is still down and you have a shot that will fit the bill, feel free to post that instead.

We’re just interested in seeing what creative skills people can add to their images, the idea being to transcend mere photography and enter the realm of “art”.

        …or something.

I can provide the “something”. I’m not too sure about the “art”. 😀

        Hahaha, well, if you look back at my previous offerings, I think you’ll see that most of them definitely fall into the “something” category, so you’ll not be alone. ;~}

        That’s slightly reassuring. 🙂

Metal… I like this ’cause I may have the perfect piece newly finished. Looking forward to seeing what you’re up to as well?

No idea, “metal” was the first thing that came into my head just now.

You too. May the egret of awesomeness fly over your head without crapping on it.

Um, thanks! I’ll keep an eye open for any egrets bearing so much happiness they …yeah.
