To my amazement and gratification, Diary of an Internet Nobody has had the Very Inspiring Blogger Award bestowed upon it by the Patinspire blog.
I am now sorely tempted to start calling it the multi-award winning Diary of an Internet Nobody, what with already having the honour of being nominated for the Liebster Award, but I think that may be overstating the case slightly.
Nevertheless, I’m extremely honoured, especially as this is a peer-to-peer award. It’s always good to have the approval of one’s peers, at least it indicates that I must be doing something right.
It is a condition of this award that I nominate other blogs for recognition, and give a few facts about myself.
I have chosen seven bloggers to receive the award.
(I must also give an honourable mention to Tony B, and everyone else at BlogCatalog.com for their invaluable help.)
Many others have been helpful, friendly and inspiring, so with apologies to all those others who have read, commented on, liked, or followed the blog, here are my nominations;
…and, as ever, the talented Mr Richter.
As for facts about me, I can’t really see what purpose would be served by making isolated, random statements about myself.
Will this in some way assist you in forming a more complete mental picture of me?
Will that somehow enhance your reading pleasure?
I think it unlikely.
And if you want to know stuff about me, read the blog…..Oh, wait, you are. So, go to the contents menu and pick something at random, you’re bound to learn something interesting,
If you’ve been following this stream of consciousness experiment from the beginning, then you’ve already got loads of facts, and I’m telling you stuff as fast as I can.
As for the rest of you, keep reading, and you’ll get interesting facts, reminiscences, on the spot reports, music, video, and anything else that occurs to me.
Once again, I thank the lovely Patricia for nominating me, and I shall enjoy the few days holiday that I have coming up, seeking inspiration for a new post worthy of my newly minted award.
